Why?
Yes, there is an abundance of gloom and doom in the news, catastrophes large and small, personal and impersonal. A good antidote is to take action. Forget denial, avoid depression, do what you can do to bring about change. Its not a question of how much one person can do - each of us can only do what one person can do! No more, no less.
